Logging-in problems at the IoP
November 5, 2008
Some research students at the IoP are having problems accessing the Graduate School’s online resources, including our new booking system for face-to-face courses.
The main problem appears to be that IoP postgrads are attempting to use their user name and passwords associated with their @iop e-mail addresses.
However, the system does not recognise these user names and passwords. Instead, the system only recognises the user names and passwords associated with @kcl e-mail addresses.
Therefore, if you are at IoP you will need to use the user name and password associated with your @kcl e-mail address in order to access the system.
If you don’t know your @kcl e-mail address, user name and password then you should cotact your nearest ISS helpdesk.
Finally, kindly note that any enquiries related to the online booking system should be sent to gradtrain@kcl.ac.uk .
