Suggestions to terry.jones@kcl.ac.uk

A number of people have drifted off for the holiday period now, but those of you left might enjoy this almost festive clip (well, it’s got snow in it).

The sketch above has proved popular on the Graduate School Virtual Learning Environment. I suppose it shows that anxiety about technology is nothing new.

prospectus-pic.jpgFirst, thanks for using the Graduate School Virtual Learning Environment this term. We’ve continued to update the resources, especially in the Postgraduate Online Common Room. Last week’s Simpson’s Random Quote Generator proved popular, so we’re keeping it for another week. We’ve also got two Christmas games.

In other news, the Lounges at Strand and Waterloo are now open. We will give more information about further lounges as soon as we have it.

If you are registering for one of the Lounges, could you kindly include your student ID number and, ideally, your course and site? This does make your application a little easier to process.

Finally, please be patient if it takes a little time to get your application sorted; there are a large number of postgraduate students to deal with and, inevitably, there can be delays.
